So, after a lot of anxiety, which resulted in me being physically sick, I did mobility training.
We walked up the bike track, up to the train station and explored the train platforms.
I got nervous because we had to cross a busy road, and i don’t really like that.
After the session, he told me not to worry, because we would do the route in small sections, and when I do it solo, it will be only small parts at first, and there will be no traffic involved. He has advised me to make sure I let him know if I am uncomfortable with anything.
I find it great that he is willing to work with me and at least try to understand my anxiety. I like working with people like that.
