lately, I have been going out with my friend Jade, I have been going to her house a lot. Sometimes we both go out to different places, for example, the otherday we went to get subway from one of the local shopping centers.
today I did something to improve my anxiety, though. I went to the doctors all by myself. I was so proud of myself for doing that. I really felt like I had achieved something. Not next week, but maybe the week after, I am going to go to one of my favourite restraunts to eat. I hope I will successfully do that also. I am getting better, I tinnk.
I am also looking to go to melbourne with a friend, for a short day flight, to get experience of what its like to fly on a plane. I’m a little nervous about that, but I hope i’ll be ok. Its always good to have a new experience every once in a while.
anyway, I will blog again in a while. I thought I’d just update my readers. I will have to blog more often. I’ll try to remember to do so.
