On the 31st of January I have a headspace appointment. I am kind of looking forward to it, although I am a little nervous though. I would much prefer to write down my feelings, instead of talk about them. They seem really silly when I talk about them and when I write them down also, but I would prefer to write, because I have more time to think what I’m going to say, and if I make a mistake in what I say, I can just erase it, with talking, I sometimes have to explain what I mean to people. I don’t know, I’m probably just overthinking it, maybe it won’t be as bad as I think.
