So, i’m back with another post, this one will be more possitive than the other one 🙂
So, I have been surfing the net for other people with Monophobia, ever since I found out I have it. I come up with a very informative video on youtube, of someone who also struggled with monophobia. The type of therapy is different than mine, I do a lot of meditation and things like that, whereas she used hypno-therapy to combat her fears. I don’t think that would work because your not actually exposing yourself to the fear, but thats just my views. anyway she has a similar experience to what i’ve had.
