Therapy

About 2 weeks ago, I started xxterra be. So far it is working out rather well. I have learnt things that I didn’t know before. Such as how to manage my anxiety. I meditate twice a day. And whenever I get anxious, I write it down on a worksheet. I still try to avoid being on my own, I don’t like that at all. I don’t even like to travel on my own. It scares me. But I’m learning ways to manage that.
